Reclaiming Words from the
International Criminal Cartel
Update for 7/24/2023:
Under the cloak of big corporations, an International Criminal
Cartel (ICC) devised and marketed names, terms, and phrases to
dominate every social and political conflict. The objective:
Sell a new language that promotes the cartel's world agenda to
an unsuspecting public. To learn more and take ownership

COSTCO: Are YOU a Card-Carrying Member of this Gun Control
Organization?
Alert for 5/4/2020: From turning
its facilities into victim disarmament zones to funneling
millions-of-dollars to rabid gun-controlling Democrats, the
COSTCO Wholesale "family" has embraced the very nightmares
that reduced its headquarters city, Seattle, Washington,
into a feces-infested, crime-ridden Democrat hell hole. To

HB 3009:
Forced Vaccinations by Local Tyrants!
Alert for 4/21/2020:
House Bill
3009 (HB 3009) is worse than originally exposed.
In addition to leaving current bureaucratic powers of local
health departments intact, it creates and
expands sweeping new statutory powers
that can be exercised by any county or municipal regime.
Under the new term "local orders of constraint,"
a mayor, or even
an unelected city manager, could order Citizens to be forcibly
vaccinated, medicated, incarcerated,
have their firearms seized, and their
other property stolen.
Current statutory religious exemptions,
firearms exemptions, or requirements that public hearings and/or judicial review be
conducted, would NOT apply.
HB 3009 also empowers local "heath" departments to
issue "civil" fines related to these new, sweeping
powers, to punish those who refuse to bow down
to their unconscionable abuses
again without
meaningful due process protections.
HB 3009 represents ACTS OF EXTREME AGGRESSION against the
People of Utah, their freedoms, and everything America once
stood for. It manufactures another diabolical mechanism
for regimes to strip innocent Citizens of their natural rights
to free movement, association, property, health care, and
self-defense.

HB 3009:
Propelling Utah toward Uncivil War?
Alert for 4/14/2020:
Utah's "emergency session" is underway, and your rights
are again under attack.
House Bill
3009 (HB 3009) drastically expands powers of local county
and municipal tyrants to prohibit Citizens from accessing
public places and feeding their families, and to imprison
Citizens
indefinitely in their homes via "local orders of constraint" (lines 96-123).
HB 3009 also empowers local "heath" departments to
issue "civil" fines to those who refuse to bow down
to their unconscionable abuses
without meaningful due process protections (lines 351-361).
It is with a view toward peace that UT Gun Rights offers the
following sobering, real-world assessment of the growing
public sentiment against the tyrannical actions of this
corrupt regime.
As each day of "Martial Law Lite"
drags on, a quiet segment of Utah is becoming increasingly fed
up with the hodge-podge mess of dehumanizing and absurd
usurpations of their natural rights.
The threat of passive disruption and even violent civil disobedience is real and
will continue to grow
exponentially.

HB 271: Elitist
GOP Deep State Declares Open Season on Homeless Gun
Owners
Alert for 3/9/2020:
House Bill 271 (HB 271) was originally listed as a "Good"
bill. It restricted any state
or local agency or local government authority/entity from
prohibiting firearms or firearm accessories to any extent that
is more restrictive than state statute.
Thanks to hostile amendments by
gun control zealot Paul Ray ("Republican"), however, HB 271 now
empowers these government agents and agencies to
prohibit homeless gun owners, and those who visit them, from
possessing firearms inside government-controlled homeless shelters. All
possession could be banned without requiring so much as a
secure storage locker, or armed personnel to
protect them absent their firearms.
Ray's amendments also provide
Statute Enforcement Agents
(SEAs) immunity from
lawsuit or liability for
"knowingly" and "willfully"
violating the rights of gun owners. This despicable
double-standard should be compared with recently-passed
HB 73, which provides jail time for Citizens who
"unknowingly" and "unintentionally" "interfere" with SEAs.
The message of betrayal from the corrupt, elitist GOP
Deep State is clear: It is open season on Utah gun owners.
SEAs and local officials are encouraged to abuse gun owners
and disarm them whenever they wish
starting with those who are
the most financially-vulnerable. To learn more,

SB 62 (Gun Control by Unelected Bureaucrats) Passes
State Senate!
Alert for 2/19/2020: Senate Bill 62 (SB 62) reauthorizes
numerous "administrative rules" created by unelected
bureaucrats (aka "employees") that have the same effect as
state statute. These include gun controls and other
subversions of your natural rights. To learn more,

HB 100 (Veteran Disarmament
Courts) Passes UNANIMOUSLY through State House!
Alert for 2/3/2020: House Bill 100 (HB 100)
radically expands "veterans courts"
enacted by SB 214 in 2015. These Kangaroo Courts mirror
Obama-era "drug courts" and their purpose is to
disarm Utah veterans. Court dictators (aka "judges")
become glorified social workers, who force "collaboration"
between prosecution teams, defense counsels, state agencies,
and federal agencies.
The
ultimate aim of HB 100 is to manipulate
veterans, strip them of their rights and dignity, and prohibit
them from keeping and bearing arms. Globalist forces view the ongoing assault
against veterans as essential to the final disarmament and
destruction of America.
HB 100
just
UNANIMOUSLY passed the entire state house and now moves on to
the state senate. Barring a very concerted and immediate effort by Utah's veteran
and right-to-keep-and-bear-arms communities, HB 100 will
be fast-tracked through the senate by powerful and corrupt
special interests.

Republicans Give
Gun Owners the Middle Finger in Election Year
Alert for 1/14/2020: In preparation for the Jan. 27 general
session, UT Gun Rights presents its
2020 Bill Tracking
Page: The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly. Abysmally, after review of
more than 150 bills,
UT Gun Rights has yet to identify
a
single decent bill worthy of a "good" designation.
Utah Republican statutators (aka "legislators") are poised to
turn tail and retreat with hardly a whimper.
They have surrendered the offensive indeed the entire
political battlefield to a small inner "leadership"
cabal comprised of their most corrupt and
degenerate members.
This treacherous, backstabbing, criminal cabal coordinates with,
and facilitates, the disastrous efforts of
effeminate Democrats and other elitists who cry and whine for
more gun control. These violent destroyers of
civilization recognize that Utah gun owners will not currently
accept door-to-door mass firearm confiscations, and therefore
proceed to enact their deadly agenda by a thousand sinister cuts.

Armed Texas
Non-Mormons Stop Shooter: Lessons for
Disarmed Mormons*
Alert for 1/6/2020: On Dec.
29, 2019, during services at the West Freeway Church of Christ
in White Settlement City, Texas, an individual concealing a
shotgun opened fire, murdering two church members. An armed member
of the church returned fire and killed the assailant in a
matter of critical seconds, and before he could continue the
carnage.

lessons can be learned, especially for Mormons*

IKEA: Importing Cheap Gun Control from Sweden
11/17/19:
Beto O'Rourke, the first U.S. presidential candidate to
publicly advocate for the violent
mass confiscation of firearms
from innocent gun owners, isn't alone in his totalitarian
views. Many Utah corporations have turned their
facilities into victim disarmament zones, inviting violence
against their own customers and employees. Some have
publicly funded radical gun control efforts, and others have
advocated gun control publicly.
IKEA is one such corporation, importing "weapon free zones"
and United Nations gun control schemes all the way from Sweden
to Utah. To learn more,

Utah governor Gary "Fudd" Herbert Backs Magazine
Restrictions
Update for 10/7/2019: Endorsing background checks for BB guns

himself "further along... than a lot of Republicans" by also
promoting Draconian firearm magazine restrictions.

Warning! Utah's "Cannabis" Bill Designed to Entrap Gun
Owners
Alert for 9/23/2019: Senate Bill 1002 (Entrap Gun Owners over
Cannabis), unanimously passed
in last week's "special session", is designed
to lure gun owners into participating in a complex and
convoluted gun control nightmare.
Rather than protecting gun owners from federal Statute
Enforcement Agents (SEAs), or even clearly warning them they
must surrender their firearms under federal code in order to
participate, SB 1002 introduces language designed to deceive
them into falsely believing that state SEAs will respect their rights. Gun
owners who participate in this program will potentially open
themselves and their families to unjust harassment, arrest,
incarceration, and ruin. To read this important warning,

Mormon Corporation President
Russell Nelson A-Buzz for Gun Control
Update for 9/2/2019: Gun control
commando and former New York mayor Michael Bloomberg,
co-founder of Mayors Against Illegal Guns and similar
enterprises, enjoys plenty of support amongst Utah's wanna-bee
elitists.
For example, Mormon Corporation
President Russell Nelson has moved beyond words to put the
lives of criminals ahead of the lives of innocents. To

UTGR's
Affirmative Agenda Shames Utah's Corrupt Regime
Update
for 8/22/16: How corrupt and illegitimate is Utah's "pay-to-play"
government? Take a look at UT Gun Rights'
Affirmative
Agenda by
clicking here.
Your right to keep and bear arms
can only be safeguarded when government officials and agents
are tightly restrained by a framework of clear and ethical
policies. These policies must reinforce meaningful due
process for those accused of criminal activity, punish those
who abuse power, and foster an attitude of respect toward you.
You may not agree with every
proposed policy, but as you ponder them collectively, consider
how antagonistic Utah's political environment is toward simple
ethics and decency. As always, your feedback is welcome.
Free Ammo for Voters on Nov. 8
Alert for
11/4/16: Nationwide general elections will be held on November
8th (Tuesday). To assist voters in their efforts, UT Gun
Rights has prepared the
2016 Utah Government Corruption Report.
This report assigns state house and senate statutators a
rating based upon their political performance.
This report is part of UT Gun Rights'
Free
Ammo page, which features additional information
regarding your right to keep and bear arms, the rampant
political corruption infesting Utah, and potential actions you
can take to hold officials accountable.

Can Utah Resist the Illegal Alien Invasion?
Alert for 8/24/16:
Criminal illegal aliens, the vast majority of whom
favor more gun control and
candidates more openly devoted to the gun control agenda,
continue to pour across Utah's welcoming borders.
Are Utahans helpless to curb the
violent crime,
disease,
voter fraud, and other upheaval they bring in their wake?
Is Utah at the mercy of a depraved federal regime?
Contrary to myths perpetrated by the corporate and political
elitists who comprise Utah's spider web-like network of
corruption, the state is not powerless.
Your spineless officials could, if sufficiently motivated,
take substantive political action to resist and curtail the
criminal elements increasingly infesting Utah. For examples,

"Excitement"
Alert for 4/26/16: Last Saturday,
Republican state delegates voted to send Gary "BB

SB 88 (Gun Control by Bureaucrats) Awaiting Final
House Vote
(Alert for 3/8/16): Senate Bill 88
reauthorizes numerous "administrative rules" created by
bureaucrats (i.e. unelected officials) that have the same
effect as state statute. These include gun controls and other
subversions of your natural rights. This bill is particularly
significant in that it demonstrates the lackadaisical, lazy,
and compliant nature of Utah's supposed "gun rights
champions". Rather than rein in the bureaucrats, they prefer
to carte blanche approve their corruption.
SB 88 passed Wayne Niederhauser's senate, passed house bully
Greg Hughes' hand-picked operations committee, and awaits a
final vote on the house floor. To read the threat briefing,
HJR 8: Convention to Finish Destroying the U.S.
Constitution
(Alert for 2/23/16):
House
Joint Resolution 8 calls for a convention of the states, with
delegates likely apportioned and chosen by the corrupt federal
congress. These delegates could rewrite or abolish the U.S.
constitution and its "Bill of Rights"
to include the
right to keep and bear arms. Convention decisions could be
ratified by whoever
and however
the delegates
choose; entirely bypassing the state legislatures if they
desire.
HJR passed house bully Greg Hughes' hand-picked
committee, and awaits a final vote on the house floor. To
read the threat briefing,

HB 67 (Reduce Penalty for Firearms on Buses)
Awaiting Final Senate Vote
(Alert for 2/18/16):
HB 67 eliminates the third degree felony penalty for carrying
a firearm on a bus without a government concealed carry
"permit". All other open or concealed carry statutory
restrictions would still apply. UT Gun Rights supports this
bill as a baby step in the right direction.
HB 67 passed the house, senate committee, and awaits a final
vote on the senate floor. To read the bill briefing,

SB 43 (Forcing Gun Control Down Kids' Throats)
Flies through Senate
(Alert for 2/16/16):
Senate Bill 43 creates a pilot program to indoctrinate 8th
grade government school students regarding "firearm safety and
violence prevention", which is code for gun control. The Utah
attorney general's office will "collaborate" with the state
board of education, both notorious gun control advocates, in
unilaterially setting the curriculum and choosing the
instructors.
SB 43 flew through the senate and is now in house bully Greg
Niederhauser's hand-picked rules committee. To read the SB 43
threat briefing,
SB 97 (Carry "Unloaded" Firearms Concealed) Killed by
Its Own Sponsor
(Alert for 2/11/16): Senate bully
Wayne Niederhauser called SB 97 sponsor David Hinkins to a
secret meeting. Hinkins was pressured to abandon his bill and
promptly killed it without a fight. To see a briefing on SB
97,

Policy Note:
Because of the
constant games being played
year after year
with bills like SB
97 that are only a marginal improvement over the status quo,
UT Gun Rights will no longer consider permitless carry bills
with an "unloaded" requirement to be "Good" bills.

Park City Councilor Liza Simpson Buzzes at Being Forced to End Gun Control
(Update 9/15/15): Gun control commando and former New York mayor Michael Bloomberg, co-founder of Mayors Against Illegal Guns, enjoys plenty of support amongst Utah's wanna-bee elitists.

While Herbert Swoons Over Obama & Signs Gun Control
Bills, Kansas Enacts Permitless Concealed Carry
(Update
4/6/15): No, this is not a belated April Fools' joke. On
April 2, 2015, Utah's Executive Monarch Gary "BB
Guns Background Check" Herbert spent some quality
pandering time with notorious abuser of innocent gun owners,
federal regime president Barack Obama. As reported in
the previous April 2 update, Herbert also just finished signing gun
control and other unethical bills into statute.

Meet the Two Bullies Who Are Stealing Your Rights
(Update for 3/10/15): In the final hours before the
2015 session ends at Midnight this Thursday (March 12),
hundreds of bills most statutators have never read, let alone
understand, will be passed in drone-like fashion. Among these
bills will be numerous attacks against your natural rights.
This will not happen by accident. Two men, house speaker Greg
Hughes and senate president Wayne Niederhauser, bully the
entire statutarium (i.e. "legislature") and run roughshod over
your elected officials. They set the agenda and your
statutators obediently follow it.
How can this happen? Why do your statutators tolerate such an
abusive arrangement? And what can be done to stop it? To
learn more,

HJR 7: Convention to Finish Destroying the U.S.
Constitution
(Alert for 3/5/15): HJR 7 calls for a
convention of the states, with delegates likely chosen by the
corrupt federal congress. These delegates could rewrite or
abolish the U.S. constitution and its "Bill of Rights" to
include the right to keep and bear arms. Convention decisions
could be ratified by whoever and however the delegates
choose; entirely bypassing the state legislatures if they
desire.
HJR 7 passed the house, senate committee, and awaits final
senate floor action/votes. For UT Gun Rights' full threat
assessment,

Good Bill Alert: SB 256 (Carry "Unloaded" Firearms
Concealed) in Committee TOMORROW
(Alert for
3/2/15): SB 256 would "allow" adults (21 or older) to carry
concealed firearms in an "unloaded" condition without a
government concealed carry "permit". Adults could possess
concealed firearms in this "unloaded" condition in areas
currently authorized to concealed carry government "permit"
holders only (with the exclusion of any school or university
grounds).
SB 256 is scheduled to be heard
TOMORROW,
March 3 (Tuesday), at 8:18 AM in room 415 of the state capitol
by Wayne Niederhausers hand-picked senate government
operations and political subdivisions committee. For the
meeting agenda and UT Gun Rights' full assessment of the bill,
SB 214: Veteran Disarmament Courts
(Alert
for 2/26/15): SB 214 establishes "veterans courts", modeled
directly after Soviet-style "drug courts". These Kangaroo
Courts require court dictators (i.e. "judges"), prosecution
teams, defense counsels, state agencies, and federal agencies,
to closely "collaborate" and "cooperate" as glorified social
workers with a political agenda.
As will be demonstrated, the ultimate aim of SB 214 is to
further manipulate veterans, strip them of their rights and
dignity, and prohibit them from keeping and bearing arms.
SB 214 unanimously passed Wayne Niederhauser's hand-picked
committee and awaits senate floor action. For more
information, and to learn what you can do,

Statutator Curtis Oda Collaborates with Gun Control
Zealot Gary Herbert
(Update for 2/13/15): Gun
control commando and former New York mayor Michael Bloomberg,

statutator Curtis Oda, who has decided to collaborate with
anti-gun zealot Gary Herbert. To read Oda's outrageous
remarks,

Statutator Fred Cox Confirms Impact of Last Year's
Trojan Horse (HB 276)
(Update for 2/10/15): House
statutator Fred Cox has just confirmed what UT Gun Rights
warned in its recent update, and in alerts last year.
Referencing HB 276: "Violence Against Open Carry Gun Owners",
Cox wrote in his "2015 Voter Questionnaire":
"What did pass in 2014 was a law to require individuals that
do 'Open Carry', to have the firearm in a holster or case."
This is precisely the attack UT Gun Rights outlined.
Unholstered open carry gun owners will now be targeted for
violent harassment and arrest. Other gun owners will be at
increased risk of abuse as well. For more information,
HB 37: Gun Control By Bureaucrats
(Bad
Bill Alert for 2/4/15): HB 37 reauthorizes numerous
"administrative rules" created by unelected bureaucrats that
have the same effect as state statute. These include gun
controls and many other subversions of your natural rights.
HB 37 is particularly significant in that it demonstrates the
lackadaisical, lazy, and compliant nature of Utah's supposed
"gun rights champions". Rather than rein in the bureaucrats,
they prefer to carte blanche approve their corruption.
This bill unanimously passed Monarch Greg Hughes' hand-picked
house committee and awaits house floor action/votes. For

Last Year's Trojan Horse (HB 276) & Lessons for Utah
Gun Owners
(Update for
1/26/15): During last year's statutory
session, UT Gun Rights warned that HB 276, "Violence Against
Open Carry Gun Owners", would put open carry gun owners at
significant risk.
Despite objections detailed in the
threat briefing, HB 276 passed and was celebrated by various
organizations as a "win" for Utah gun owners.
Unfortunately, gun owners were betrayed by these organizations again.
The 2015 session starts today (January 26), and this article is designed
to assist you in detecting future
betrayals of your rights. To read it,

Bad Bill Alert! HB 276: Violence Against Open Carry
Gun Owners Passes House!
(Alert for 3/11/14): Did you
(or a friend) strap on a rifle for a rally/hearing, or to sell
outside a gun show? If HB 276 passes, unholstered open carry
gun owners will be targeted for violent harassment and
arrest. Other gun owners will be at increased risk of abuse
as well. Unfortunately, "gun rights" groups like the Utah
Shooting Sports Council (USSC) and the National Rifle
Association (NRA) are supporting this gun control bill.
According to USSC's recent public statements, you should base
your position on HB 276 solely by trusting their (and
supposedly the NRA's) attorneys. HB 276 passed House
Monarchess Rebecca Lockhart's hand-picked committee, passed
the house final floor vote (54-17-4), and is currently in
Senate Monarch's hand-picked rules committee, awaiting senate
floor action. To learn more,

Bad Bill Alert! HB 134 S1: Gun Safe Registration and
Anti-Gun Propaganda Distribution
(Alert for
3/6/14):This bill would utilize the government's concealed
carry "permit" extortion process to offer perverse financial
incentives to businesses that sell gun safes. It would also
appropriate tax monies to notoriously anti-gun bureaucracies
for dubious "gun safety" programs, and create a de facto gun

Bad Bill Alert! HB 303 S1: Arrest and Jail Innocent Vehicle
Drivers
(Alert for 2/27/14): HB 303 S1 grants
new police power to profile, molest, arrest, and
prosecute innocent drivers if they are suspected of "being
impaired to the slightest degree".
Because it would
dramatically expand the power of police to forcibly invade the persons
and vehicles of gun owners to perform unjustified
seizures and arrests, UT Gun Rights considers it a gun rights
bill. To learn more about this imminent threat,

Bad Bill Alert! HB 276: Violence Against Open Carry
Gun Owners
(Alert for 2/11/14): Did you (or a
friend) strap on a rifle for a rally/hearing, or to sell
outside a gun show? If HB 276 passes, unholstered open carry
gun owners will be targeted for violent harassment and
arrest.
Other gun owners will be at increased risk of abuse as well.
HB 276 is currently hovering in House Monarchess Rebecca
Lockhart's hand-picked rules committee. To learn more
about this imminent threat,

Bad Bill Alert! SB 35: Gun Control By Bureaucrats
(Alert for 2/10/14): SB 35 reauthorizes numerous
"administrative rules" created by unelected bureaucrats that
have the same effect as state statute. These include gun
controls and many other subversions of your natural rights.
This bill unanimously passed the senate (28-0-1) and will be
heard TODAY (Monday, Feb. 10, 2014) in House Monarchess
Rebecca Lockhart's hand-picked government operations
committee, where it is expected to pass and move on toward a
final vote in the house. For more information,

Good Bill Alert! HB 318: Restoring Jury Trials for Innocent
Parents
(Alert for 2/10/14): This bill would allow
parents, including gun owners, to request and receive a trial
by jury prior to having their parental rights terminated. HB
318 is a first step toward restoring justice to Utah's corrupt
courtrooms, and in providing substantive due process for
innocent gun owners. HB 318 is still stuck in House
Monarchess Rebecca Lockhart's hand-picked rules committee. To
learn why this an important right to keep and bear arms issue,

Good Bill Alert! HB 242: Freedom of Information
Protection! (Alert for 2/3/14): Government entities
currently abuse a loophole in Utah's Government Records Access
and Management Act (GRAMA) to charge exorbitant fees for
providing information to the public. HB 242 would begin to
limit the games they can play to avoid openness and
accountability. For more information,

Monarch Niederhauser Violates Your Senate Statutators!
(Alert for 1/16/14): As previously exposed, Utah's statutators
(i.e. house and senate members who produce statutes that
undermine law) are controlled by two monarchs: senate
president Wayne Niederhauser and house speaker Rebecca
Lockhart. Thanks to a citizen GRAMA request, Ogden police
chief Gary Williams clearly fingers Niederhauser's
"leadership" as the senate's center of power. And the
Niederhauser regime is poised to seize more power this
session. To learn more,

Sheriffs' Association President Whines at UT Gun
Rights (Alert for 1/2/14): Utah Sheriffs' Association
president Jim Tracy emailed to contest UT Gun Rights' alert,
"Why Did Utah's Sheriffs Oppose HB 76?" Demonstrating classic
politician behavior, Tracy complained, offered to hold a
verbal conversation, and then declined to provide written
specifics regarding his original objections. To explore his

Mayor & Police Chief Falsely List City Council in
Letter Against HB 76 (Alert for 12/12/13): According
to Syracuse City councilman Craig Johnson, mayor Jamie Nagle
and police chief Garret Atkin, falsely listed the city council
in their now-public letter of opposition to HB 76 S1 (Carry
"Unloaded" Firearms Concealed), failed to even notify them of
their actions, and opposed the council's intent to uphold the
right to keep and bear arms. How many other city
councils were misrepresented? To learn more,

Why Did Utah's Sheriffs Oppose HB 76? (Alert
for 11/5/13): According to Terry Keefe, president of the Utah
Chiefs of Police Association, the Utah Sheriffs' Association
also voted to oppose HB 76 S1 (Carry "Unloaded" Firearms
Concealed) in the secretive Law Enforcement Legislative
Committee. Thanks to another citizen's GRAMA request, we now

Murray Chief Decries Societal Wolves While Disarming
the Sheep (Update for 10/4/13): Murray police chief
Pete Fondaco has a credibility problem that weakens
police-citizen relations. On the one hand, he enjoys the
benefits of citizens who pay his salary and allow him to carry
a chambered and concealed firearm (again with their money).
On the other hand, he doesn't trust them to carry a concealed
firearm unless a fellow bureaucrat authorizes it. To

for BB Guns! (Update for 7/16/13): Gun control zealot
New York mayor Michael Bloomberg, co-founder of Mayors Against

who recently endorsed background checks for BB guns. To read

Legislators Hid Behind Herbert's Veto of HB 76
(Alert for 6/25/13): We've suggested that some legislators
only voted for HB 76 S1 (Carry Unloaded Firearms Concealed)
with the understanding that governor Herbert would veto it.
Well, don't just take our word for it. Thanks to a citizen
GRAMA request, we now present email correspondence between
representative Spencer Cox and Mike Mower, governor Herbert's
Deputy for Community Outreach. In it, Cox confirms our
analysis. To learn more,

Courts of InJustice versus Clark Aposhian
(Update for 6/17/13): Here we expose how this Government
subverts fair trials and the consequences of this subversion
for Clark Aposhian. Specifically, Aposhian faces a system in
which unreasonable seizures occur, the right to Counsel is
effectively denied, the right to a public trial by an
impartial jury is obstructed, and deprivation of life,
liberty, and property may occur without authentic due process
of law. To read this update,

Utah Police Chiefs Overwhelmingly Support Gun Control
(Alert for 6/3/13): The saga of betrayal continues. Police
chiefs throughout the state of Utah, many with overt or
implied backing of their mayors and city councils, implored
governor Herbert to veto HB 76 S1 (Carry Unloaded Firearms
Concealed). To learn more,

Why Would the USSC Chair Privately Lobby Against HB 76

other special interests who revile at the thought of mere

HB
268 S1: Attack on Utah's Open Carry!
(Alert for
3/14/13): Did you strap on an AR-15 for a recent rally or
hearing? If HB 268 S1 passes today, you may be harassed and
arrested if you attempt to do so again. HB 268 S1, "Disorderly
Bill Mess," is an attack on Utah's current open carry
protections (as weak as they are), and makes current
"disorderly conduct" statutes even less favorable toward gun
owners. But don't take our word for it. To read what the bill

Gun Control Bills Await Final Senate Vote!
(Alert for 3/12/13): The following gun control bills have
passed the house and await a final vote on the senate floor:
HB 121, "Legalizing Theft of Firearms," creates a
not-so-voluntary program that empowers cohabitants to
whimsically turn in other cohabitants' firearms to police —
for an unlimited period of time. To see our threat assessment
and appropriate actions,

HB 50, "Gun Owner Victimization Act," empowers a court
dictator to issue a "dating violence protection order" that,
"prohibit[s] the respondent [i.e. accused] from purchasing,
using, or possessing a firearm or other weapon specified by
the court." To see our threat assessment and appropriate
actions,

HB 256, "Gun Control by Bureaucrats," reauthorizes numerous
"administrative rules" created by unelected bureaucrats that

House Monarchess Publicly
Affirms Her Brutal Authority (Update for 3/4/2013):
Over these last few weeks, UT Gun Rights has been attempting
to describe to you how your "representative" and "senator"
serve the will and dictates of a monarch, in the form of the
house speaker and senate president. Some of you may think we
were exaggerating. To consider a recent, brazen display of
candor by house speaker Rebecca Lockhart, and our
observations,

Pictures of "March for the
2nd" Rally (Update for 3/4/2013): On Saturday, March
2nd, gun rights activists gathered peacefully at the Salt Lake
city/county building, and marched up to the state capitol
steps to celebrate a "March for the 2nd". Many again carried
battle rifles, assault rifles, and pistols of various calibers —
all without incident. To see pictures of the event, a

Watered Down HB 76 S1 Moves on to Hostile Senate
(Alert for 3/13): The original HB 76 "allowed" adults (21 or
older) without concealed carry government "permits" to carry
"loaded" firearms in public, to include vehicles and school
and university grounds. A weakened substitute bill, HB 76 S1,
just passed the house. Absent credible information
against it, UT Gun Rights still supports HB 76 S1, which now
faces a publicly-hostile senate monarch, Wayne Niederhauser.

Multiple Gun Control Bills Fly
Through Both Houses! (Alerts for 2/27): House
monarchess Rebecca Lockhart, senate monarch Wayne
Niederhauser, and their willing legislative subjects are
sending Utah gun owners a message: "You will
remain silent at the back of the political bus while we do whatever we want to you."
Meanwhile, the only decent bill we are
aware of, HB 76, "Constitutional Carry," languishes for want
of a final vote on the house floor. House monarchess
Rebecca Lockhart's house majority leader, Brad Dee, pressed to
have HB 76 "circled" (i.e. delayed and no doubt killed).

HB 287 S1: Hey, Let's Leave Gun Confiscation up to the
Prosecutor! (Alert for 2/26): HB 287 S1 strengthens
the ability of government confiscation zealots to seize and
confiscate guns from innocent owners, and NEVER return them.
This bill is an outrageous attack on the American tradition
that people are innocent until PROVEN guilty by a jury of
their peers. To see our threat assessment and appropriate
action,

HB 268 S1: Disorderly Bill Mess
(Alert for 2/26): Currently, police have broad statutory
latitude to harass gun owners in public situations. HB 268 S1

statutes. To see our threat assessment and appropriate
action,

Winter Storm Can't Stop
Hundreds on "Day of Resistance"
(Update for 2/25): On
Saturday, Feb. 23, hundreds of gun rights activists rallied

Many carried battle rifles, assault rifles, and pistols of
various calibers all without incident. To see our new

HB 256: "Gun Control by
Bureaucrats" Sweeping through House
(Alert for 2/20): Did the Obama regime's recent executive
orders targeting your gun rights get you a little upset?
Imagine how upset you would be if congress happily approved
Obama's executive orders? HB 256 does just that by
reauthorizing numerous "administrative rules" created by
unelected bureaucrats that have the same effect as statute,
including gun control. To see our complete threat assessment
and appropriate action you can take,

"Good Bill" HB 76 Finally Gets a
House Hearing
(Alert for
2/19): The house judiciary committee will consider HB 76
tomorrow, Feb. 20 (Wednesday), at 2 PM at the capitol. HB 76
appears to provide those who carry concealed without a permit,
and those who carry openly, the same exemptions from
prosecution that the concealed carry permit currently provides
except with regard to school zones. To

HB 321: Reaffirming Federal Gun
Controls (Alert for

restrictions against "short barreled" rifles and shotguns,
further legitimizes federal gun control statutes, and provides
another witness to the legislature's gun control agenda. To

HB 28 S1 Trespassing Loophole
Exposed: University President To Assume the Powers of a
Monarch (Alert for 2/15/13): Much diversionary
discussion has occurred regarding the allowance for carrying a
firearm in 76-8-703(1) to avoid criminal trespass. While
possibly well-intentioned, the gaping loophole for arbitrary
abuse of gun owners and others on taxpayer-funded campuses has
largely been ignored. For more threat assessment and contact
information,

HB 28 S1: Campus Gun Control
Bill Heads for Final Senate Vote (Alert for 2/15/13):
Gun control fast-tracking continues. We told you a lot about
the house monarchess, Rebecca Lockhart. Now you're seeing the
senate monarch, Wayne Niederhauser, demonstrate his equal
commitment to gun control through the brutal authority he
exercises. Niederhauser is rapidly attacking your most
fundamental rights; sadly and apparently bolstered with a
cheerleading squad consisting of the National Rifle
Association (NRA), Utah Shooting Sports Council (USSC), and
GoUtah! among others. We will endeavor to provide further
analysis, but given the almost-maniacal pace of this bill,
there may be little time to fully respond. Tell senate
monarch Wayne Niederhauser you are tired of him displaying his
arrogant contempt for your fundamental rights. To see our
current threat assessment and Niederhauser's contact
information,

HB 114: Sending Citizens on a
Useless Snipe Hunt
(Alert for 2/11/13): Our analysis
demonstrates that HB 114 is useless in protecting or advancing
citizens' rights, and fails to provide the necessary funding,
punishment, or prohibition against state officers who
undermine your rights. The incursions of the federal
government are also allowed to continue unabated. To see
HB 114 under our new "Ugly Bills" heading,
HB 121: Legalizing Theft of
Firearms (Alert for 2/11/13): This bill legalizes
theft by creating a not-so-voluntary program that empowers
cohabitants to whimsically turn in other cohabitants' firearms
to police for an unlimited period of time. Other
cohabitants may never find out that their firearms were turned
in to police. And anyone accused of having an "ownership
interest" in an "illegal" firearm may essentially become an
unwilling witness against himself in subsequent criminal
prosecutions. To see our threat,

HB 28 S1: Public Campus Victim
Disarmament Zones (Alert
for 2/8/13): This is the latest scheme by government
university bureaucrats and their gun control allies in the
legislature to potentially ban ALL carrying of firearms by
students, school employees, and the general public at
taxpayer-funded universities. The House Monarch-ess, Rebecca
Lockhart, and her legislative minions have fast-tracked this
bill to the house floor for an imminent, final vote. To see
our threat assessment, click
here.
Multiple Gun Control Bills Flying Through the House
(Alert for 2/7/13): Think the federal regime
represents our only problem? House Monarch-ess Rebecca
Lockhart is again rushing her minions to pass multiple gun
control bills before citizens can review a flurry of
hastily-crafted amendments and substitutes. HB 28 (Substitute
1), HB 27, and HB 50 are all on the rapid move again and are
scheduled for a final house floor vote. All of them remain
gun control bills. To read our threat assessments of all Bad
Bills,

HB 50: Gun Owner Victimization Act
(Alert for
2/7/13): This bill would deprive a person of his/her firearms
prior to receiving any substantive due process. No criminal
conviction by a jury of your peers is required. One judge
becomes a court dictator, and solely determines whether you
can own, use, or possess any firearm. To see our threat
assessment of HB 50,
click
here.
HB 27: Labelling Gun Owners Terrorists for Refusing to
Comply with Illegitimate Orders
(Alert for 2/7/13):
The proposed language, along with the new penalty, will simply
become another tool for overzealous government prosecutors to
beat down innocent defendants with numerous, overblown charges
for the same accusation. They know that defendants will be so
terrified of the possibility of an astronomically-long prison
sentence, they will more readily accept a plea bargain.
Enough of this nonsense. To see our threat assessment ,
HB 28 S1: Penalties for Gun Owners, But NOT
Bureaucrats (Alert for 2/7/13): In the limited time
we have to react to this fast-tracked bill, here is one
obvious problem and demeaning double-standard remaining: This
bill specifically gives a penalty for CITIZENS who violate
this new statute, but NO penalty is given to BUREAUCRATS and
AGENTS who ignore the restriction and harass innocent gun
owners. Once again, gun owners are second-class citizens
relegated at the back of the political bus. To see our
threat assesment of HB 28 S1,

HB 114: A Step Forward or a Toothless Distraction?
(Update for 2/6/13): The tone of HB 114 sounds great.

2/5/13): This just in! Two Highland City resolutions on the
right to keep and bear arms will be considered

YOU
Are Making a Difference (Update for 2/4/13): If

power to selectively target gun owners for harassment.

Don't Be Fooled! "Bad Bills" are
Still a Threat! (Alert for
2/4/13): You've obviously had an impact. The fast-tracked
"Bad Bills" we reported on have been stalled in the house and
senate. HB 27, HB 28, and SB 120 have all been held or
circled to delay their floor votes.
But that doesn't mean they are
dead! Legislators
often use these tactics and wait for citizens to forget and go
back to sleep. The pressure needs to continue to kill these
bills permanently. To learn more,

Why
Aren't Good Bills Fast-Tracked? (Alert for
2/4/13): Why do legislators only seem to have time and energy
to push horrible bills through? Especially when they could be
passing bills like House Bill 76? This bill essentially
eliminates the requirement to obtain a government "license" in
order to carry a concealed weapon. Several states (Alaska,
Arizona, Vermont, Wyoming) have done this and others are
attempting it. Carrying your firearm
concealed or openly
is your right, NOT a
bureaucrat-sanctioned privilege. To learn more,
HB
211: Another Divisive & Problematic Gun Bill
(Alert for 2/4/13): House Bill 211 would waive concealed carry
permit fees for active duty military members and their
spouses, ignoring past veterans no longer in "active duty"
status, fathers, mothers, and widows of people who have died
attempting to serve to others, and countless people who serve
the interests of mankind in many other ways and capacities

businessman to the constant labors of each taxpayer? To

Gun Control
Bill (HB 28) Flies Through the House
(Alert for

Two Gun
Control Bills Emerge ("Bad Bills" Alert for
1/28/13): The session begins today, and already there are
identifiable threats to your right to keep and bear arms.
HB 27 could be used to punish people who have reasonable
cause to "just say no" to illegitimate government actions,

selectively target gun owners for harassment. To learn more,
