House Monarch-ess, Rebecca Lockhart
Like sitting at the back of the political bus?
Multiple Gun Control Bills Fly Through Both Houses!

House monarchess Rebecca Lockhart, senate monarch Wayne Niederhauser, and their willing legislative subjects are sending Utah gun owners a message: "You will remain silent at the back of the political bus while we do whatever we want to you.

The following bills have just flown through one or both houses.

HB 121, "Legalizing Theft of Firearms," and perhaps the greatest threat to your gun rights thus far this session, sailed through the house (44-28-3), and awaits senate action.  To see our threat assessment and appropriate actions, click here.

SB 120, "Turning the State Forester into a Monarch," unanimously passed the senate, and awaits house action.  To see our threat assessment and appropriate actions, click here.

HB 27, "Labelling Gun Owners Terrorists for Refusing to Comply with Illegitimate Orders," unanimously passed senate and awaits outspokenly anti-gun governor Gary Herberts signature.  To see our threat assessment and appropriate actions, click here.

HB 28 S1, "Public Campus Victim Disarmament Zones," passed the house, unanimously passed the senate, and awaits outspokenly anti-gun governor Gary Herberts signature.  To see our threat assessment and appropriate actions, click here.

HB 211 S2, "Dividing Citizens Against Each Other," unanimously passed the house, and awaits senate action.  To see our threat assessment and appropriate actions, click here.

They who must be obeyed: senate monarch Wayne Niederhauser and house monarchess Rebecca Lockart.
The Only "Good Bill," HB 76, Stalls in House

Meanwhile, the only decent bill we are aware of, HB 76, "Constitutional Carry," languishes for want of a final vote on the house floor.

House monarchess Rebecca Lockhart's house majority leader, Brad Dee, pressed to have HB 76 "circled" (i.e. delayed and no doubt killed).
